I have polio in 1 leg. 6 years ago I fell down and had a knee injury in the same knee. after 2 years of different treatments I was ok but it's been 6 months i suddenly started feeling pressure on my knee, later it turned in pain that made it very difficult for me to walk now the pain has reached till my foot , heel and below the ankle and the muscles behind. I am doing strengthening exercises, did dry needling, Physiotherapies in between. but it's the same . the pain is constant sometimes less and sometimes more .

Get a MRI of knee sometimes there is Collateral ligament injury with Meniscus also

hi Dr. I checked with a knee specialist, he is saying the my knee cartilage is worn-out and my knee is not stable due to muscle weakness. and they can't do much about it. I don't want to be on medication

hi Dr. I have x-ray report . history I have shared briefly. this started all of a sudden. I didn't fall or hit my knee . but it's very painful. even if I am sitting or lying down it hurts . difficult for me to manage my Every day life. will get my mri done and share the reports here. thanks
