Hello Dr. Sumera, I want to ask about face contouring options. I have heavy cheeks and some fat under my chin, so I am interested in procedures that can slim and contour my face.

I am also considering breast augmentation with fillers. Could you please guide me about the available procedures and give me an approximate cost idea for both treatments?

I hope you will be fine..fat under your chin can be dealt both surgically & non surgically.. For facial slimming Botox can be added.. Regarding breast augmentation, filler is a good option however I would advise you to consider fat too ..you can go through some videos from YouTube as the major difference here is longevity of fat in comparison to fillers... Regarding cost , non surgical double chin reduction cost is 45k whereas surgically it is 120k...whereas breast augmentation is a bit debatable as your current cup size and measurements will define how much amount you will be needing..Best advice here would be a proper thorough examination and a two way discussion based on your expected size and then a final plan can be made..
