apkay tooth ke present condition daikhni paray ge if fracture is deep and tooth is painful tu iski rct ho ke crown hoga 2nd option is agar dee0 nahi tu simple crown (onlay) ya simple filling se be kaamm chal sakta but depends on your remaining tooth structure
