I got braces last ramdan I got result few months after then the denstist said now you can remove it Any Day after that jo Meri braces ki wire thi voh pori treqat say hudi uatar gii phir hmany Socha ab yeh rehgya stone sa issay jab mrzi uatar lay gay or b dobara dosra ramdan agga now I have been noticing my teeth's are getting back to their original state which I hate the most mujy tab retainers Kay baray my ni pata tha So, what should I do

visit your dentist for evaluation..agar relapse hu gya hai tu might be possible ke apko phir se ortho karwana pary.
re Ortho and then retainers. your dentist should have given the retainers after the treatment
there are chances that you might have to go through the treatment again and after that retainer is necessary
go tu nearby dentist as soon as possible for retainers otherwise relapse occurs
it is very likely that you would braces again. And for this you have to visit a dentist as soon as you can.
