My bottom middle teeth bleed and it happens when I wash my mouth or get up from sleep or use toothpaste. But sometimes it doesn't come I request the doctor to tell me some good medicine, toothpaste or some other way to solve this problem. Thank you.

you might need proper cleaning scaling/polishing followed by medication. nonetheless, clinical evaluation is required to rule out other causes. visit your dentist for a permanent solution.

Sounds like there is a gum disease. Use a soft brush, brush gently and use Paradontax toothpaste. And get scaling done asap
