Bleeding gums is commonly due to poor oral hygiene and gum disease, it is recommended that you should get scaling done before because during pregnancy the gum disease progresses rapidly, but it may be due to other underlying cause , kindly visit nearby dental clinic for evaluation of teeth and gums for proper diagnosis.
This is pregnancy gingivitis due to hormonal changes. Don’t worry it will be alright, after 9 months. Also, keep your oral hygiene, use mouthwash, gel for gums and brush your teeth twice a day. Drink plenty of water.
