Assalam o alaikum Kindly let me know what does 'normocytic normochromatic' mean? All the values are within range then what does it mean here?
Currently my mother is having infection in her teeth/gum for which she is taking velosef 250 mg thrice and nuberol forte. Other than this, she is also diabetic and hypertensive

there is no need to worry its just medical term which means normal colour n normal size
just take medicine as prescribed n keep the b.p n diabetes under control before having any dental procedure

control your diabetes and hypertension and get it either extracted or go for root canal
It means that the cell size and haemoglobin content is normal/average.. its normal n nothing to worry about. Keep on taking these medications.

Actually our dentist didn't provide the x-ray. He told that the gum is infected and root of teeth is very weak. He has recommended extraction of the teeth.
On asking about other options like root canal, splinting or filling, the doctor said: Actually it's broken down root which resorbed aswell so no other option
