i want to know about the cost of braces in karachi, does any govt hospital provides free braces treatment plan or we have to pay there also?
Braces isn’t free anywhere. Infact it’s always one of the most expensive treatments. Because: 1- there are a lot of visits 2-it’s technical work 3-it’s cosmetic (optional)
Braces are related to aesthetic, so govt jus fulfilled needs not for cosmetic.

no there's no hospital in khi who offers free of cost braces treatment
you definitely have to pay something for your treatment
or try your luck at any charitable hospital or get treated through zakat or donations

actually private hospitals are charging alot.. im looking for a good govt hospital for this .

Definitely there is a marked difference in rates of private clinic and public/teaching hospitals. But you should know the price difference is because house officers/residents are practicing on you. So you will have a new doctor on every visit. And some doctors are good. And some not soo much
