my tooth is broken around filling its really hurting and I am unable to eat.
visit a good dentist for check up and xray and then it can be diagnosed properly. for the time being you can take any pain killer but proper examination and treatment is necessary

first of all call me iam available 24 hours , have an x-ray for diagnosis weather it can be saved by Root canal treatment or it have to be extracted

It could be Rct or extraction. Most probably extraction if it’s already root canal treated. Depends upon tooth structure lost. Kindly check yourself to a nearby dentist and take synflex 550mg for pain once a day
