there is buccal impaction of my wisdom tooth, there is some infection also, doctor recommended to have 5 days medicine course and tooth will be removed after some 15 days. so if i feel pain after 5 days medicine what should i take to kill the pain till i get it removed?

actually my dr will extract tooth free of cost so the dr have given me this date otherwise i have to pay for Rs4 to 5 thousand for extraction

After infection subside in 3-5 days with anitibiotic course .remove the wisdom tooth after course of antibiotic is complete.
painkiller tablet synflex 550mg is adviced.Remove it.
