yes for sure if ur underneath tooth is sound u can get a new crown .

Old crowns can be cemented again only if out for a couple of days or more , if out for a month or more then will not be able to place back . Then a fresh preparation will he done with new crowns

cannot be said without examination. sometimes with removal of old crown large portion of tooth is compromised.

Refixation may be or may not be.
It is better to post with a picture of a tooth.. depends soly on the condition of teeth and surrounding tissues.
