stop bottle feeding if he is feeding milk by feeder.stop sweets candies and start brushing two times a day .go for fillings or extractions that will b decided by clinical examination.take medicine adviced after examination by a dentist

Aapke 4 saal ke bete ke dental issues ko dekhte hue, face swelling aur dard kafi serious baat hai. Yeh zyadatar infection ki wajah se hota hai, jo milky teeth ke cavities ya decay ki wajah se develop ho sakta hai. Brufen aur Flagyl se thodi relief mil sakti hai, lekin agar infection abhi tak puri tarah se khatam nahi hui, toh antibiotic ki zarurat ho sakti hai.
Lekin, bina proper examination ke antibiotic recommend karna sahi nahi hoga, kyun ke dosage aur type infection ki intensity par depend karti hai. Hum aapko strongly advise karte hain ke apne bete ko clinic layain, jahan uske daanton aur swelling ka mukammal check-up kiya ja sake. Uske baad hi hum uska best treatment plan decide kar sakte hain
