Salam. I have had my braces for more than 2 years couple of years back. I had overjet issue back then which was corrected involving two tooth extraction. I am now witnessing from past few months very visible gaps. I am so concerned. I ain't sure what procedure should I opt to. Do I need to wear braces one more time? Please suggest me smth. I am super worried. My doctor also provided my with retainers but now hes far.

you should use retainers properly ,after treatment but now you need to visit to dentist, braces, aligners are options
please visit your orthodontist and use your retainers . if you stop using retainers the problem will be back.
hello dear, please concern your dentist and wear your retainers properly for the suggested time per day by your dentist.
the retainers keep the teeth in their final position.
and in case your dentist is away, concern another dentist nearby you and he/she will guide you.

KINDLY CONSULT ANY GOOD ORTHODONTIST IN YOUR AREA/CITY.they will do assessment either you need retainers or braces...
