Mery upper gum me extra teeth hai . almost 4 years ho gye hain nikle hue .. JB nikla tb koi pain nhi hoi or in 4 years me bhi Kabhi pain nhi hoi .. but almost 2 weeks pehly Kuch khate hue waha pe koi cheez Phas gyi or waha pe pain start ho gai Tu me ne us side pe khana stop kr dia. After that Kuch days me wo pain theek ho gai. ab pain nhi hai .now kindly guide me mujy ab Kiya krna Chahiye?

first have to do the x-ray to know if it is the milky tooth that is retained or permanent tooth that is maligned or maybe supernumerary tooth(extra tooth) as you feel. then according to that decide krlainge what to do. even if it's not painful right now, since it caused pain once you should definitely get it checked and x-ray must krwaen.
