A full physical and dental evaluation is needed to make any sort of diagnosis please consult a nearby dentist. To speed up the process you can take an OPG xray from a nearby lab to the clinic when you visit so it saves you time. Also if its facial bone issue also consult a oral maxillofacial surgeon.
visit your nearby dental surgeon preferably maxillofacial surgeon.
for the time being used compression pads, if the pain started within a day or 2 and there's swelling or puffiness then use cold compression. if it started a few days or week ago and there's no swelling then use hot compression.
