Talk to Dentist on Gum Swollen

I have pain in my tooth since last night. Then pain disappear and my gums swollen from last night. Kindly recommend me some medicine , tablet or antibiotic to reduce swelling in my gums .

scaling and polishing is advised for swollen gums. for pain in tooth you need to be evaluated with xray
antibiotics cannot be prescribed without checkup you can take pain killers visit to your nearest dentist for proper checkup.
visit your Dentist for Proper check-up and exact diagnosis plus an x-ray of the tooth giving pain as soon u can.

Augmentin 625mg/12 hourly for 3 days - erythromycin with equivalent potency if prior medical condition like cardiac ailment
Panadol plain(without caeffine) 500mg/8 hourly for 3days or
Ponstan Forte 500mg/8 hourly for 3days
consult your general physician or specialist for substitute medicines for infection and pain if suffering from any prior medical conditions like impaired functioning of cardiac or neural or liver or kidney ailments
if endo-perio lesion is confirmed then, consult any dentist on the 4rth day after taking medications for 3days, root canal treatment is advised and restoration with suitable dental material
NOTE: DON'T TAKE MEDICINES IF NO PAIN IN TOOTH
TAKE MEDICINES ONLY IF THERE IS PAIN IN TOOTH NOT IN GUMS
OR TAKE MEDICINES IF PAIN IN TOOTH REVERTS BACK AND CONSULT DENTIST ON THE 4RTH DAY

for begining part;
take silk-thread as it is relatively hard to break while passing in-between the teeth - pass silk thread from in-between the teeth where gums are swollen and move it up and down if something like meat fibre or anything else is in between the teeth it will come out entangling with the thread.
In this way swelling of the gums will subside slowly and gums will be normal after few time, will yourself notice - key is to floss teeth inbetween with silk thread giving thread to and fro(up and down) motions, if there is any food debris stuck in between the teeth, will be removed and gum swelling will subside
for pain in tooth take medications and immediately consult any nearby dentist for root canal treatment if endo-perio lesion is confirmed that, if swelling in gums do not subside and there is pain in tooth...
