you should go for wisdom tooth extraction
if you are not allergic to penicillin , a course of Augmentin one gram twice a day for Three days with mouthwash shall give you releive .
a dental x ray shall show position of locked wisdom tooth.
dental surgeon can remove the tooth to solve the issue permanently.
