I have this problem since 1 year...I also cleaned my teeth but i think it is too weak because I use me teeth for any purpose it starts bleeding.
consult with dentist for time being u may. use paradontox tooth paste
you have to rinse warm water with few quantity of salt mixed it & Use toothpaste paradontax for morning and evening and check dentisit
