Since how long have you been facing this problem? Any history of paan gutka? Do you have any swelling?
There are multiple reasons for limited mouth opening.. If a patient has history of gutka chalia there is possibility of have OSF.
If there is swelling or infection due to tooth source. Opening can be limited.
Get yourself evaluated by a dentist. After a proper examination then it's possible recommend you a better line of treatment.. Initially exercise and injections.. Last resort is surgery.

any history of pan chalia n qutka. do u have burning on taking spicy food.or any ulcers in mouth.
