its mesiodens need extraction then Braces or Veneers
this is an extra tooth called mesiodense it needs to be removed as the tooth is very small size and root is short.
you need to extract it and get Orthodontic treatment for the space to be closed .
1st of all get extracted this middle accessory tooth.. it an extra tooth (extra than 32 teeth).. and than go for the closure of mid line space. It takes about 1-2 years.. if you are young than it ll b treated earlier than older patient..

for aesthetics I’d say the best treatment would be to take out the middle tooth and close the gap with braces.
