I have been experiencing back tooth (molar) pain from last 4 to 5 days due to cavity. Sometimes it throbs on its own and sometimes when it is triggered by eating rice and something sweet. And I am taking ancaid and ponstan forte continuously from 3 to 4 days but still pain occurs and it is very sharp and uncomfortable

You need to get an xray with consultation done so the tooth can be diagnosed and treated properly..
Your dentist will advise Either rooth canal or extraction depending the tooth condition
Pain killers will give temporary relief to you.
better to get checked from nearby clinic as it will now not be relieved from pain killers only.
consult some nearby dentist , start proper treatment
