what I gather from the picture shared it shows a layer of calculus deposits on ur occlusal aspect of wisdom tooth
it needs to be cleaned by scaling fit that u have to visit

do visit a nearby dentist and get your scaling done to remove calculus and plaque
walaikum us salam this is most likely due to 3rd molar which needs to be extracted. right now start tab augmentin 1gm tab synflex 550mg bd for 5days and apply revomet plus gel at the site

Most likely its your wisdom tooth that is getting decayed. Go to a dentist to get check up and scaling done for starters
visit ur dentist for xrays and complete evaluation

There is a deep cavity in your molar in which this white thing get stuck and you feel pain when you bite/eat something. You need to visit Dentist asap for a good filling otherwise delaying can make it a Root Canal Case.

Could you tell me if u have history of chewing betel nuts/tobacco or smoking. You should visit my practice for further evaluation b/c this picture is not clear. For time being Start mouth wash with betnesol. Two tablets of betnesol in half glass of water then gargle with this water.
