w/salam ap k mouth mein smell may be b/c of plaque ,calculus/Tartar ki waja se ho rhe ho gi ap ne kbi scaling karwae hai agr nh tou scaling karwayen phr medicine len tou phr ap ko fayda ho ga INSHALLAH.
maybe you need scalling of teeth
consult/visit ur dentist
you must be most likely suffering from Gums disease. Get a proper Dental checkup and teeth cleaning done and avoid food which can cause bad breath and stop smoking etc.
if problem still persist then go for A thorough medical consultation with special attention to Chest , kidneys and GIT.
Danto ki safai ka khayal rakhain, din May 2 bar brush karain or floss use karain, kabhi khana danto k beech may phas jata ha jo brushing say nahi nikalta us k liye floss use krna prta hai. Filhaal koi mouthwash use kr rahay hain?
