No I have not any history of dental procedure.
Firstly yai Chala bna thaa. Jis sa Maray poray cheek pa swelling thii . And yesterday during lunch yai cheeck biting sa blood clot bna ha.

my first concern was also cheek biting, avoid hot spicy food,tea coffee, apply revomet plus oral gel 3 times, and don't eat after it
take a bcomplex vitamin for 3 wks. u will be fine then insha ALLAH

But cheek pa Chala theak nai hora ha. And na swelling theak horahi ha.

And plz guide enziclor gel or removet clinica kasay use karni ha.

Apply enziclor gel on that chaala (ulcer) twice a day..it will give you anesthetising effect along with curing the ulcer gradually..apply it for a week or two..better to apply it before having meal..thora khana khaane mein masla hga ointment ka taste aaega but it will help to prevent bothering ulcer while eating..
