Assalam o Alaikum . Kindly bta dain yai kya problem ha. And yai khud theak hojaey ga ya isko doctor ko check karwana chaye. And if it's necessity to konsay specialist ko check karwana chaye . I mean dentist ya general physician.
it can be due to cheek biting, or old filling color infusion into soft tissue, or trauma while eating. Do u have any recent history of dental procedure? if yes then wait for few wks, otherwise visit a Oral surgeon for opinion

Remove your upper wisdom as your upper wisdom tooth is most probably carious and the sharp edges stuck into the soft tissues during chewing food n causing that much to the soft tissues that's visible

Firstly mja yai Chala bna ha cheek pa as u can see. Phir is sa Maray poray cheek pa swelling aagai ha. Then during lunch cheeck bite sa mja blood clot bna ha.
But cheek pa Chala theak nai hora ha. And na swelling theak horahi ha.

This is cheek bite..firstly avoid hot and spicy food..secondly for temporary treatment you can use enziclor gel or removet clinica etc..but for permanent treatment either get the concerned tooth removed or get it trimmed..

But Saab sa phlay mja Chala bna ha as u can see in picture. Jiski waja sa poray cheek pa swelling ha.
Yai swelling hui ha Chala ki waja sa islye cheeck bite horahi ha.
And plz guide enziclor gel or removet clinica kasay use karni ha.

Apply enziclor gel on that chaala (ulcer) twice a day..it will give you anesthetising effect along with curing the ulcer gradually..apply it for a week or two..better to apply it before having meal..thora khana khaane mein masla hga ointment ka taste aaega but it will help to prevent bothering ulcer while eating..

its just a tooth biting mucosa. ye khud hi thek hojayga 1 week m agr 1 week tak thek na ho to kisi Dentist ko dikhana zaruri hoga
you need proper checkup by dental surgeon.
its due to biting on the cheek , it will resolve its own but better to consult the dentist
