use revomet gel or bonjelle and benzirin c mouth wash
Somogel will not help in healing your ulcer, it will only numb the area for some time.
kindly use enziclor gel, for now.
visit your dentist for further evaluation. He will examine the ulcers and reach a diagnosis with help of proper history of disease.

1 : use tropical steriod kelalog gel or betnesol mixed with water and gargle it twise daily
2 : avoid spicy food . Add fruits rich in fresh vegitables and fruits
3 : take multivitamin like surbes z
4 : if not healed in 10 days , do visit dentist .
if your ulcer is 2 week old and still not healed , do visit dentist . An ulcer not healing after 2 week require biopsy .
