My teeth become yellow and weak. I have use cigarettes, tobacco, betel and other things which teeth become addlement

Try to stop all these habits and visit a dentist if you can. Treatments won't do any good if you keep using these things. Try to keep a good oral hygiene :)

asslamualaikum, please visit to your nearest dentist as you must need scaling and polishing of teeth and as you are tobacco as well as betel chewer, you may have some other intral.oral issue too . Diagnosis will be on clinical examination.
U must maintain ur oral hygiene. Brush ur teeth twice a day with any normal tooth paste. If there is any yellow calculus deposites on ur teeth, u should visit clinic for scalling of teeth. U can use close up white now toothpaste.i advice u to quit smoking if possible. Cigarette smoking effects ur gingiva and overall oral health
bro first and far most thing is if you are willing to take care of your teeth than quit smoking .... well if you want to continue it than scaling , polishing would be a treatment for time being only.. u may need to repeat it after even after approximately 1 or 1.5 yrs ... so first of all remove the cause if you can .... then go for treatment, other wise repeated scaling would lead you to senstivity, gum recession, tooth mobility etc .. so grab the root ..

The teeth getting yellow is because of tar, nicotine and betel pigments and the weakness can be due to gum disease which is further increased due to smoking. You will need professional cleaning to remove the stains and to treat your gums so that your teeth do not become more weak. After all this if you are still worried about yellowness of the teeth then you should get Teeth Whitening done but that can only work if you try to give up these habits or else the staining will return very quickly.
