i have a very high palate arch and it isnt wide enough so my tongue doesnt fit properly , the sides of the tongue get squished in so it doesnt fit into the pallate properly, my cuurent orthodontist is only doing camaflouge treatment, is there any way to get pallatal expansion treatment as i cant even breathe easily because of this problem

This usually happens in mouth breathers and patients with DNS, you should see an Ent for DNS to treat it. Meanwhile palatal expansion can be done, but depends on a few factors and mostly done at puberty.
