Svere pain on left side of cheek, also feel pain when wash face or rub on face. Its just feel like tooth pain but its not the metter of teeth, a dental doctor said.

proper clinical examination with appropriate investigation required... Seems like trigeminal neuralgia...... after proper diagnosis need to take tegral(carbamazepine) 200mg thrice daily 8 hrly with weekly follow-ups
If pain does not subsides by ibuprofen and pain on touch then greater chance is of trigerminal neuralgia.
need opg x-ray than can give any opinion till that time take tab nimsulide 100mg subah sham
