Use Amlex paste or Kenalog for healing,
Corsodyl for cleaning,
and Xylocaine only for pain.
Avoid spicy food—most ulcers heal within a week.”
Do not use macnaz ,it is antifungal usually given for white patches, candidiasis, etc.
Because somogel and bonjela are anaesthetic gels, they only numb the pain.
There are many reasons for ulcers like
Trauma( MOST common)
Hot food burns
Sharp tooth / restoration
stress
Hormonal changes
nutritional deficiency( iron,folate,B12)
spicy / acidic food
Gastric disorders
immunity related etc

There are many reasons for a blister to form on tongue. For your perticular reason you have to give me full history . And oral cavity images . And exactly at which part of tongue it forms . The gel in the picture is not recommended for this issue as it is antifungal gel . You can use enziclore gel instead . 3 times a day . Blister my take atleast 7 days to heal .

Most tongue “blisters” are actually minor aphthous ulcers (mouth ulcers) or trauma-related sores. They commonly occur due to:
• Accidental biting / sharp tooth edges
• Spicy or acidic food
• Stress & lack of sleep
• Vitamin deficiencies (B12, iron)
• Low immunity

Healing time: usually 5–10 days if managed properly.

About the gel in your picture (Macnaz Oral Gel – miconazole):
This is mainly an antifungal gel, so it’s only helpful if the lesion is due to a fungal infection (like oral thrush). For a simple ulcer, it’s not the best choice.

What works better:
• Topical anesthetic + healing gels (like choline salicylate or lignocaine-based gels)
• Protective oral pastes (form a layer over ulcer)
• Warm salt water rinses
• Avoid spicy/acidic foods

Important:
If the ulcer is very painful, recurrent, or not healing in 10–14 days, it needs proper evaluation.

Every ulcer is not the same — correct diagnosis = faster healing.

? If you’re facing frequent mouth ulcers or delayed healing, get it checked. Early treatment makes a big difference.
