Rinse with warm saltwater 2-3 times daily.
Use an antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine.
Apply a pain-relief gel (e.g., Orajel) to the affected area.
Try using dentisept gel and m/w for 2 weeks and then let us know if it doesnt get well then it might be related to a gastro issue or hormonal issue
