I had scaling before Ramzan now I was recommended sensodyne tooth paste because of bleeding gums now I want to switch to anti plague toothpaste kindly recommend me a good anti plague toothpaste
Sensodyne is not meant for bleeding gums. You can keep using it as a regular toothpaste. Plaque prevention is attained by proper brushing. Toothpastes can be mere aids.

Toothpaste doesn't play much role in plaque control because plaque formation is a bacterial activity. It is actually your "effective tooth brushing" ideally after every meal and generally after breakfast n before bedtime. Thorough and gentle brush can help you wipe away plaque substrate.. So you may switch to any other toothpaste.. Chlorhexidine mouthwash can help you in chemical way of plaque control.
do proper brushing atleast two times a day and you can also use mouthwash Listerine or Clinica during day time they have antiplaque effect to some extent!

I would never recommend u any medicated toothpaste for long term use. if ur gums are healthy n there is no bleeding thn kindly switch to colgate plain toothpaste. u can use mouthwash but just for 7-14 days. excess or regular use of mouthwah is also not healthy
Make a habbit brush ur teeth at night n in morning after breakfast. n whenevr u eat or drink anything u can go n simple rinse with water.
Regular and good brushing technique prevents plaque accumulation..
No specific Toothpaste is needed, Meticulous oral hygiene and a will to maintain it only. It's more important to learn the proper brushing technique than to focus on the Toothpaste itself.
