Plz mujhe bataye k kiya yeh red patches poor fixing ki waja se hain?! Kyuk uper gums per koi bhi canker sore ya red patch nahi howa bas niche k lip k ander hota hai. Mere yeh capping 2008 se howi wi hai or kabhi koi prb nhi howi infct maine 2014 main bridge banwa kr dobara capping karwayi thi. Usk baad se na khane peene main tkleef howi or na gums main prb. Lekin abhi jb maine fix krwaya tha to us k 2 months baad patch ban raha hai. Capping main koi pain nahi hai or na gums swell hot
aoa this is not related to crowns. but u need to see the doctor because it is unsual n u need proper treatment
thorough examination is required. what does your dentist, who did this job, say about all this. did he take some x-ray? with out having a look, I'm sorry, I feel unable to comment.

Dear you need to show to the dentist either the one who did ur treatment or any one nearby .prolonged sores or ulcersrs should not b ignored
Plz in these cases when you don't want to see any DOC physically and want an opinion online always share the pic. It still doesn't give the whole picture but still, it helps. Without actually seeing the red patch it's very difficult to suggest anything. Wrong diagnosis will lead to the wrong treatment hence picture is a must.

AOA,it might be because of over extension of crown,see the sides of the crown if it's irritating your mouth...if so, kindly visit your nearest dentist and ask him/her to adjust...
for sores,use bonjela it will get better soon inshaAllah and drink water as much as you can
