it's better to visit clinic bcz without clinical evaluation its difficult to tell you treatment plan ....if it's staining then scaling polishing needed if it's fluorsis then there must be another sort of treatment plan .
yellow spot depends on what type of spot it is.is it spot of calculus or plaque or spot of fluorosis or drug staining .for this visit to dentist is necessary.
