We need to see the healing how its done. Aur agar dant theek hai aur vital hai tou its fine otherwise we can do RCT and give flexible splint. But again i need to examine you first. Aese cant say much

it is possible but i need to see it before recommending to give a better answer
a digital OPG would be better to examine and diagnose. if not possible then go for the smaller x-rays called Periapical x-ray of the effected tooth. the medicine prescribed is okay
