My teeth becomes yellow,elongated and gums are too much swell and pain in teeth and gums becomes dark in color please suggest me a toothpaste for these problems

Aoa. You need immediate scaling and gum treatment/root planning. Tooth paste is not the treatment. Anyways Hisalz tooth paste and Niflam mouth wash. Regards
