This could be normal. However, it should be checked clinically and xrays should be done as needed by the dentist. Please use Marham to find a nearby dentist.

Not a serious issue...but to be on safe side regular checkup krwatay rahain dentist se....
get an xray done.
plz take him to Dentist and also get the fulo mouth X-ray. then the dentist can advice
It could be normal dont worry . But on safe side consult dentist and get full mouth xray done.
No need to worry still there is time for their eruption but get an X-ray done and get it checked by a dentist for proper advise.

Donot worry about it...eruption of upper central teeth occur at the age of 7-8 years old..you can wait till he's 8! Otherwise you shuld consult a dentist & go for an OPG (full mouth xray)
it is normal. don't worry. but for your satisfaction you can get his x-ray (OPG) done. and take advice by visiting any dentist near you about the possible eruption time of his teeth.
