ap ek br phir se Kisi dental clinic mei visit Kare. scaling her 6 months bd karwana recommended hai . so agr 6 months se ziada ho gae hai Tu again scaling Karwae and then teeth whitening. agr ap clinic mei whitening nhi karwana Chah rhe Tu home whitening kit le lein . usse ap khud b Kar sakeingi .. but sab se pehle apko phir se scaling Karwani hogi . usk bd hi apk daanton Ka actual color visible Hoga .
