visit your nearby dentist konse daanton mein thanda garm lagta or apki brushing habits kesi hain yeh sab dekhte hue kuch oral hygiene instructions aur scaling polishing ki need hosakti hai.
may be reversible pulpitis(acute pulpitis) or
irreversible pulpitis(chronic pulpitis)...
have to appear in person to a dentist for gross examination and an x-ray is required for radiological evaluation if the tooth is sound grossly, caries suspected to have started...
For temporary relieve Use sensodyne toothpaste. Apply tooth paste on your teeth and leave for 1 minute then brush light handedly twice a day. You need to visit a dentist for permanent solution.
