filling my thooth and after few month it start hurting..I have severe pain in my teeth plz suggest some pain relief medication

tab augmentin 1 gm bd
take radiograph and do root canal tx
assalam. do warm salt water rinse ,Take painkiller tab synflex 550mg twice a day,tab augmentin 375mg 8hrly.if swelling take tab flagy 200mg thrice daily as well. get rct done
take Synflex 550mg one tablet 2 times a day for pain relief.
Get your tooth checked by doctor as soon as possible.
kindly visit your dental clinic,as it start become abscess,
taking medicine only is not a choice
