plz consult with your gynaecologist regarding dose of Panadol and take ur latest Ultra sound report also.
In the mean time avoid eating sweet in any form, drink more water, rinse with salt water and brush after every meal and try to eat soft food.
You need to have checkup with endodontist. 2nd trimester is relatively safe for dental treatment. Medicine is not definitive treatment and the pain along with infection can increase with time.
Better to go for root canal treatment with endodontist asap
panadol is safe during pregnancy. you just take 1000 mg dose to get the kickstart effect. that means 500 mg ki do goliyan in one dose. ek se effect Nahi hota.
also, dental procedures are safe in Third trimester. you can get RCT done when you're done with 6th month. best of luck!

Yup right pregnancy induced gingivitis hoti hai and generalized gums pain ya plaque formation zyada ho jati hai and scaling advice ki jati hai but agr kisi ek dant m specifically pain hai and cavity hai tou infection ki wajha se us k liye treatment zarori hai bar bar pain killer nhn le sakte hain
