Is dental work safe in pregnancy? I am 26 weeks pregnant and having severe toothache from the past two days. Can I take a painkiller like paandol? I am taking Ascard, Fefol Vit and Ascard at the moment.

Aoa. Dental procedures are relatively safe in second trimester. But in your case, medicines should be taken with caution. Better to have Panadol as pain relieving tab one tab 3 to 4 times a day after meals.
yes u can take panadol for pain, about treatment if panadol helps in relieving pain than wait till ur delivery time, and if u feel that u can't wait for long than ur treatment can be done under precautions, aftr taking opinion from ur gynecologist,.

OK that's well but my advice for you take only panadol incase of sever toothache consult ur gynecologist again till then take panadol do mouth wash like listeren matain oral hygiene thanks

also take plain panadol (the blue one) 2 tablet at a time and it is recommended tds.

Many doctors her suggesting Panadol but i would suggest that if its a tooth with infection then panadol would work for timebeing only. You should visit a competent dentist who can relieve your pain as you still got atleast 2-3 months before your delivery.
