it's a very common misconception that autism children cannot be given anesthesia........ usually they are treated under general anesthesia in which all their dental treatment is done while child is fully sedated .... visit a specialist pediatric dentistry specialist in your city
treatment under general(full) anesthetic or nitrous oxide are the only options left for such children, please consult a competitive dentist near your place for that. if you are in Isb PIMS peads department is really good in this regard.
