Dear patient it seems to be tonsil stone
it usually if not painfull can b left n it goes away with time
if its causing discomfort start doing salt water gargles or any mouth wash gargles many times a day
if it persists u can see a surgeon for manually emoving it .

Gargle with salt water in an attempt to dislodge the tonsil stone. Mix one-fourth to one-half a teaspoon of salt in warm water, and tilt your head back so the water flows toward the back of your throat without swallowing it.

This is tonsil stone. It is not dangerous can only cause bad breath.

Dear patient I have read your problem. According to the picture it is a tonsil stone. You can do luke warm water gargles with adding some salt in it. If you are a BP patient then avoid adding salt. For further evaluation book an appointment with Marham. Thanks.
