well better to get rid of them before proceeding for braces.
it would lead to extra trouble and sometimes breakage of the appliance.

not really ... for the complete evaluation you need to get an OPG x ray done and with the help of that x ray everything can be cleared whether its mandatory to remove them or you can just keep them for future use

1. Advisable is to visit dentist for clinical evaluation
2. Further evaluation is depend on OPG(xray) and clinical examination
3. Usually wisdoms are not a part of ortho treatment but again as the dentist need to evaluate future pros and cons e.g let's say they'll erupt completely or may cause food impaction in between your molars will lead to extraction or dentist need to work on your 7s teeth but because of interference and improper positioning of your wisdom it'll alter treatment.
4. Wisdoms are like optional, if they're not irritating or disturbing let it be there otherwise we dentist as safety precautions after evaluation advise for extractions so that you can be safe from future cost and pain.

wisdom teeth usually dont get in the way of ortho or braces treatment but you should attach your OPG so we can guide you better.

Hi

it's always a good idea to get rid of the tilted wisdoms before orthodontic treatment starts.
