Asking For Sister, Female 32, karachi
my sister is suffering from wisdom tooth ache since last three four days. she had tried ancid and nise but no relief. she said it had no space to grow on jaw and peirced cheek and cause complete jaw lock. kindly help as she has no time to visit dentist
she hs to visit dentist u cant treat it at home.. she can rinse with salted watm water twice daily n use moithwash..but these r temporary relief method.. u hv to go for proper treatmeny
if she has limited mouth opening start antiobiotics sooner her mouth opens like before and get it extracted surgically to avoid this happens in future again. the tooth has no space to come in oral cavity and thus it will create problems for you on n off
To visit dentist in this condition is necessary. Nothing is important than health. X-ray is needed for the further evaluation.
She should visit the dentist. Get the periapical x-ray of wisdom tooth and if it's causing pain again and again get it extracted

She has to visit a dentist - extraction is the only treatment option for 3rd molar when it’s pain is severe , the condition is severe remedies will not work - don’t rely on home remedies kindly , but still gargle with warm salted water
patient with reduced mouth opening or having lock jaw is an emergent condition. as she has tried normal remidies. she should immediately see a dentist.. i don't think so that having reduced opening or lock jaw can let her do with normal routine ... so it looks vague to say that she don't have time for this...
no Medicine can help her but Surgery
warm water with salt rinses 6-7 times daily for 1week.tab synflex 550mg twice daily for 5days .warm water rinses would help .consult any good dentist for further evaluation
Get it extracted! First lock jaw needs to be fixed however visit with X-ray
