I have infection in my broken wisdom tooth gum, dentist have referred wisdom tooth extraction but I am 4 months pregnant, is it safe or not as it is extremely painful and traumatic experience

yes from the pictures we can see that teeth needs extraction. It will be safe just keep yourself relaxed. Eat well before the procedure. After procedure keep your sugar levels good by eating healthy. At 4 months of pregnancy certain antibiotics and painkillers cannot be given. So ask your dentist to write medicine accordingly.

Yes, it could be an infection, but it is better to consult your gynecologist as well. If this issue has been ongoing for several days, treating the infection may be the better option. If the infection is confirmed, do not delay treatment and complete the full course.
Also, keep in mind that tooth extraction is generally considered safer during the second trimester.
