hello, wisdom tooth pain can be due to multiple reasons. antibiotics will work only if the tooth is carious or incase of any infection. you need to get it checked by any nearby dentist to rule out why it is causing pain. in the meantime I can only suggest you to go for pain killers, gargles with lukewarm salt water & hot towel compressions..
its better to Consult a dentist for detailed examination, xray and medication.
I would advise to take painkiller and continue with the home remedy u r doing.
I can't prescribe any antibiotic without complete history, pregnancy, medical condition or drug allergies etc.

In the meanwhile you can take a good painkiller like Tab Synflex 550mg but not empty stomach to avoid acidity. And warm saline rinses (water and salt ratio 3:1) and try to maintain good orally hygiene. This will help you
you can take amoxil 500mg subha sham raat along with flagyl 400mg subha sham raat and synflex 550mg in case of pain. these medicines are fine if you have no other disease. if you have any other disease do let me know so i can change medicines
how do u know it's wisdom tooth pain?did u already visit a dentist or had video consultation?do u have Ur OPG?
