I have pain in third molar from the almost last 5 years but the interval was long. From last 6 months the interval is getting shorter. now i feel pain in wisdom tooth + stiffness in jaw, currently unable to survive without pain killers. is there any other solution except tooth extraction?

Operculoctomy is another option as well as irrigation. Physical examination is mandatory! Tooth extraction is best option for long term releif.
advice OPG And evaluation is necessary ...But extraction is the best option ..
there are other options but you need to visit dental clinic for further evaluation.

1. please share your radiograph for it or a PAN Xray. it would help to give you a final word on it.
2. If pain is getting worse you may get the PAN xray done from any hospital and visit nearby dentist for clinical diagnosis.
