I am daibetic since 4 years.i am not taking any medicine.i was active.but some days I feel lazy and body pain .May I start medicine or something
1. What is your fasting sugar level and random.
2. Restrict Sugar.
3. Walk morning and evening for 30 min in morning and evening.

get your blood sugar fasting and hba1c levels
if you have been diagnosed as diabetic then treatment is a must. you should take medicine+ diet or just diet should be decided by your physician that depends on sugar levels.
