Advised Tab. Tagipmet 50/850. 1 tablet 30 min before breakfast.
Tab. Glucophage 250 mg 1 tab 30 min before dinner.
Tab. Surbex Z 1 tablet daily.

yes you have to increase the dose but high Hba1c predisposed you to microvascular complications. you might need total assessment for insulin.
